Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions are valid from the moment you, the owner, make a reservation for one or more of our services.

More Than Care:

We will look after your dog the best possible way. In case of accidents or injuries we will inform you asap, maybe a veterinarian will be contacted before,  depending  on the magnitude of the injury. If necessary we will take your dog to our Vet, but Vet's expenses are to be covered by you, the owner.

Your dog needs to do a trail day before he is accepted to join a regular day care or boarding service. We will decide if your dog will be accepted to join the group or not. Aggressive or dangerous dogs will be reported to the authorities in this case, the Veterinary Office.

For the transport of your dog, we use appropriate vehicles. The drivers are trained. Transportation is a risk that you as an owner accept.

​The owner must:

Have the dog with the required vaccines, including Kennel cough (a copy of the pass with the actual vaccines must be given to More Than Care). Dogs are required to have a chip and must be registered with the Animal Identification Service, known as AMICUS.

Female dogs during heat period are not allowed to come to day care or school.

You are liable for the cost of damages your dog can inflict to dogs, persons or objects. You need to have a insurance policy with third party liability that covers the damages your dog can do (including damages at our daycare facility).


Social Media:

You authorize us to take pictures of your dog and to upload them to our social media pages as Face Book, Instagram or our website.

Payment:

You can pay us either by using e-banking, TWINT or cash. If you choose to pay after receiving an invoice, you must pay the total amount the first 10 days of each month.

Boarding must be paid at least 30 days in advanced.

​Cancellation:

If you cancel any of the services 5 days before (5 working days before 18:00), you will have the 100% of the amount paid returned. With the exception of boarding, where the cancellation must be 20 days in advance to receive 100% of the amount paid.

2 days before (2 working days before 18:00), you will have a 50% of the amount paid returned. With the exception of boarding, where the cancellation must be between 19 and 10 days in advance to receive 50% of the amount paid.

1 day before (1 working day after 18:00) or no show, we will charge you the complete amount for the service.  With the exception of boarding, if the cancellation is made 10 days in advance or less, there there will be no return.
